About AGODCO Stealth-Lock� Connection
AGODCO owns the Stealth-Lock� technology and is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the same. Stealth-Lock� Mechanical Interference Fit (MIF) pipe connection is the fastest steel pipe connection in the world. With a productivity of circa 2km construction per day, per crew, Stealth-Lock� is more than ten times faster than welding, has no "hot-works", and accelerates "product to market" for its clients. The Stealth-Lock� technology is a connection system that provides faster, lower cost and safer methods to join API 5L carbon steel line pipes. In nominal diameters ranging from 2-inches up to 16-inches (60-400mm) with varying wall thicknesses and steel grades, the system joins CS bare pipe, FBE and/or 3LP coated and is also applied where PE liners are pulled inside the carbon steel pipes. For Stealth-Lock� AGODCO, is not just the OEM. In Latin America, we license the technology to TENARIS, one of the World's largest tubular goods manufacturers. There, we supply equipment, technical training and oversight together with human technical resources. In other parts of the World such as UAE and Oman we have specialist contracting subsidiaries that provide steel pipeline connection services to Client main contractors. Safely accelerating productivity, upholding integrity, whilst driving costs down for all stakeholders. Our pipe prepping facilities are mobile but in some locations we have fixed industrial units in cooperation with manufacturers such as TENARIS and TMK GIPI. Based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, AGODCO roots are in the Arabian Gulf, with investments in Maritime, together with onshore technical services for oilfield development and hydrocarbon transportation.
