Argos Construction is an independent consulting engineering firm specializing in contract management, claim management, prevention and resolution of disputes and also in restructuring for engineering, construction and real estate. We assist our clients in managing their contracts within an approach of dispute prevention, working alongside their internal teams and external advisors. We can offer an independent external opinion or we can draw up, through a team work with our clients, claims for additional remuneration and/or extension of time, for any party who looks for putting forward its rights in the project. We can intervene during the execution of the project or after the taking-over in case a dispute emerges.
