About China Sinogy Electric Engineering
China Sinogy Electric Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CSEEC) is a power engineering company that integrate power engineering design, engineering management, engineering EPC contract and package equipment procurement. CSEEC has national electrical engineering Class-A design qualification (thermal power engineering), engineering consulting certificate, foreign operation certificate and passes through international certification of quality management system. It can undertake the design and EPC contract of large-scale thermal power generation and power transmission and substation projects. CSEEC is a committee unit of China State Technical Committee For Standardization of Pipe Fittings. Since its establishment, relying on the superior business environment in Shanghai and flexible management mechanism of the Company, CSEEC has attracted a large number of talented people, especially a group of senior experts in all lines of the electrical power design industry. It has now more than 210 employees, more than 160 engineering technicians including 12 professor engineers (three of which being the chief editors in domestic regulations and specifications in electrical power design), 42 senior engineers, and 53 engineers. The Company now has three project management masters, 9 registered project managers, 2 registered architects, 14 registered structural engineers and over 40 registered engineers of various kinds. CSEEC has undertaken design, technology consultation and EPC contract of dozens of power plants and about a dozen of substations and has gathered abundant design and construction management and EPC contract management experience in large thermal generator units, gas turbine combined cycle generation projects, biomass power generation and waste incineration power generation and has formed a complete set of scientific and practical EPC management mode.
