Consorcio Constructor Metro 2 Lima (CCM2L) is a construction consortium focused on the civil works of Lima Metro Line 2, an extensive underground rail project in Peru. The consortium includes companies such as Salini-Impregilo (now Webuild), Dragados, FCC, and Cosapi. CCM2L is responsible for the design, construction, and excavation of the metro line, which spans 27 km and features 27 stations, 35 km of tunnels, and various infrastructure components. The project significantly enhances transportation for approximately 2.4-2.5 million residents by reducing travel time across 13 districts from 2-2.5 hours to just 45 minutes. As of now, construction is about 72% complete, with the first phase operational since 2023, serving over 20 million users. CCM2L specializes in heavy civil construction services, including tunnel excavation, installation of concrete segments, and station construction, all aimed at creating a reliable metro infrastructure.
