About ENGAGE Construction Management & Consulting
ENGAGE is a select group of seasoned Construction / Project Management professionals who have determined that we would better serve the heavy industrial industry by offering our combined knowledge and experience through a "contract' 'Owner Agent' model vs. one of "staff". We provide Construction / Project Management stewardship of our clients' projects by methodically administering the four pillars of success, Safety, Quality, Cost and Schedule. Modestly, our results have been solid, as can be attested by positive reference letters and loyal clients. We thank them for the opportunity afforded for us to give back to industry. Through an "Agent" Construction / Project Management model, ENGAGE firmly believes that we are well suited to represent your organization and next project. By employing the four pillars as a baseline for execution as well as a unique suite of reporting metrics we drastically decrease the "fall through the cracks" events that trouble many projects.
