EPC Explo Romania Company is a subsidiary of EPC GROUPE, it was established in July 2003 and is a leading force in the field of commercial explosives and blasting services in Romania. The company operates through two integrated divisions covering explosives and blasting services. The strategy of the EPC Explo Romania is based upon three different complementary activities in commercial explosives: 1. Production of bulk explosives 2. Sales, distribution and technical support 3. Downstream services, which include drilling and blasting services, training, assessing and blasting consultancy. These services are supported by the supply of bulk emulsion explosives, through the Multiblend brand and a growing drilling and blasting provision. The standard range of Multiblend trucks carry enough components to produce between 8 -12 tonnes of explosives. Various formulations from the high-powered Blendex range can be mixed on-site by our operatives, depending on the requirements of the blasting specification. Production facilities for matrix the main component for bulk emulsion explosives are located in Fagaras Plant, Brasov County � Romania.
