Tackling energy demand. At GEPL we understand the problem of climate change needs to be addressed to reduce the impact of high energy demand and exploit the benefits of efficient energy use. Using a phased approach of measures, energy efficiency can be proven beneficial on a case by case basis and monitored carefully to demonstrate CO2 reductions and the associated financial gains through energy demand reduction. Supplying cleaner energy. Renewable energy sources, which have only recently become the mainstream are now becoming the preferred option with many renewable projects achieving parity of cost and performance and a lower LCOE (levelized cost of energy) than most electricity produced through fossil fuels. This means for developing areas, where new infrastructure is required, renewables are not only the more environmentally friendly option, but are now the cheapest. In harmony with our Project Funders we are working through full project Due Diligence, ensuring regulatory and legislative compliance and preparing to provide project assurance, oversight and execution efficiency on all stages of the development and delivery of each project.
