PT Jawa Satu Power (JSP) is a Special Purpose Company established in December 2016 as a joint venture between Pertamina NRE, Marubeni, and Sojitz. The company operates the Jawa-1 Power Plant, the largest single-shaft gas-fired power plant in the world, with a capacity of 1,760 MW. Located in Subang, West Java, Indonesia, the plant utilizes Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) technology and is part of Indonesia's 35 GW electrification program. JSP focuses on providing reliable and low-carbon electricity to support the growing demand in the Jawa, Madura, and Bali grid. The plant began commercial operations in March 2024 and is designed to integrate renewable energy sources while reducing CO2 emissions.
