Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is Vietnam's largest oil refinery and petrochemical complex, capable of processing 200,000 barrels of crude oil daily. Established in 2008, it represents the largest foreign direct investment project in Vietnam, with a total investment of around $9 billion. Located in the Nghi Son Economic Zone in Thanh Hoa Province, NSRP plays a crucial role in meeting 30-40% of the country's petroleum demand and enhancing energy security. The facility produces a diverse range of refined petroleum and petrochemical products, including premium and regular diesel, gasoline, jet fuel, LPG, and various petrochemicals like polypropylene and paraxylene. With 38 advanced processing units, NSRP focuses on deep-processing operations to supply reliable petroleum products for domestic industries and consumers. The company emphasizes sustainable development, investing significantly in environmental and community projects.
