About Rula Homes
Rula Homes works to identify sites across the UK for immediate development or for medium to longer-term strategic development, delivering high quality affordable homes. Our strength lies in the knowledge we have of the locations in which we work, our understanding of local authority requirements and our ability to maximise the value of developments with sustainable construction methods. Rula Homes is a privately owned and funded property developer, with immediate access to financial funding and a wealth of experience in delivering a variety of successful developments. Our Construction delivery partner Harris cm is a family owned Construction business founded in 2007, who have successfully built out a variety of construction projects across the country. We are highly skilled in creating integrated developments in the North East/West, Yorkshire and the Midlands with a wide range of tenures and uses. Rula Homes is ideally placed to create affordable housing opportunities for our RP partners, primarily through planning agreements, build to rent housing, estate regeneration, mixed-use schemes and joint ventures.
