About Solartechno Europe B.V
Founded in 2009, Solartechno Europe B.V. is a specialist in solar + lithium battery power supply systems. Solartechno operates mainly in Europe. We also provide off grid solutions to customers in the Caribbean, Africa and the Middle East. From 2014 Solartechno Europe BV is also active in the development of a new generation of off grid products and electricity storage systems which take advantage of the latest developments and price reduction of the Lithium Battery technology. We design smaller off grid solar systems using our new product: the OffGridBat. It is an innovative plug-and-play modular battery pack that integrates the Li-Ion battery cells and electronics directly on the back of any solar panel. Product development is made in collaboration with the European Space Agency under the ESA Knowledge Transfer Program and in collaboration with the Dutch Technical University TU Delft. Solartechno's LithiumOnRack solution is a medium sized and modular lithium-based solution in a standard 19 inch rack System specifically designed for small & medium enterprises. The system optimizes the use of your generated solar energy by storing it for later use. It can be also used to accumulate energy from the grid during low cost hours and release this energy during high cost hours. Our larger systems can be pre assembled into a sea container making it easy to install them on location. Our expertise is in powering buildings as well as a variety of industrial and agricultural installations such as farms and telecom stations. We often integrate our systems with existing diesel genset. Solartechno can handle the entire project life-cycle, from the technical-financial feasibility study, through the definition of the technical specifications, to the system installation, including on-site training. The company also can provide consulting services to investors in the solar and lithium battery industry.
